When you request a free estimate, call, text, email, or submit a form on this website or on a social media platform such as Facebook or Instagram, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or address, and a description of your flooring project. If you become a customer, we also keep records of estimates, appointments, contracts, payments, and communications about your project.

When you browse this website we collect limited technical information such as the page you arrived from and the campaign that brought you here, so we can understand which advertising is working. We do not sell personal information.

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform estimates and installations, send appointment confirmations and reminders, provide quotes and contracts, process payments, provide customer support, and improve our services and advertising. Lead forms on Meta platforms

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
